Jewelie Grape has several decades of experience in legal, corporate and non-profit matters.

Jewelie has experience working in large law firms, advising corporate and non-profit clients on ERISA, employee benefits, executive compensation, employment, board governance, fiduciary and general corporate issues.
She also worked as in-house counsel for a non-profit benefits board with 200 employees and over $8 billion in assets under management, providing day-to-day legal counsel on employment issues, corporate transactions, board governance, employee benefit plans, contract management/negotiation, insurance, and compliance with federal and state law.
Additionally, Jewelie worked in human resources for several Fortune 100 companies, counseling their management on all aspects of day-to-day human resource activities.
